How we use and protect account data
We process personal data to run three risk categories of due diligence: SDD for simplified, low-risk accounts, CDD for standard accounts, and EDD for high-risk or large-transaction accounts. The level applied depends on deposit history and transaction behaviour rather than a fixed rule for every player.
Anti-money-laundering checks
Account and transaction data may be reviewed under the AML framework referenced in our terms, and suspicious activity can be reported to the relevant authority. Where an account is flagged, players have 30 days to explain the activity; failing to respond can lead to the account being closed and reported. Multi-accounting and linked accounts sharing the same device, address, wallet or card can also be closed on the same grounds, and VPN or proxy use is prohibited and may lead to balances being forfeited.
For sign-in and recovery, 2FA may be offered on the account and a password can be reset through the standard account login recovery flow. Keeping registration details accurate matters for both security and for any later verification request.
